• Oversee all aspects of warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain accuracy, and optimise warehouse layout and processes for operational efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including task allocation, attendance tracking, and performance management.
• Ensure proper handling during loading and unloading to prevent damage or loss of goods.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and security in compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to support timely and aligned operations.
• Ensure proper functioning of warehouse equipment and vehicles, arranging maintenance as required.
• Maintain clear communication with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure the security of warehouse premises.
• Prepare and submit regular warehouse performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to management.
