Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process day-to-day payments for vendors and be involved in the end-to-end process.
∎ Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and condition alignment with documentation.
∎ Efficiently and accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are included.
∎ Implement and adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) method for inventory management.
∎ Monitor delivery schedules and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
∎ Prepare monthly receipts and payment accounts.
∎ Maintain accurate records of receipts, withdrawals, and stockroom inventory.
∎ Monitoring of cash Flow and Fund Flow as per company policy.
∎ Completion of the monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
∎ Manage inventory stock count processes, conducting regular audits to confirm proper stock levels.
∎ Assist external auditors when conducting the audit of financial statements.
∎ Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
∎ Monitor and manage damaged goods, implementing appropriate measures for disposal or return as necessary.
∎ Plan and organize delivery runs, ensuring efficient routes and timely dispatch of products to the logistics team.
∎ Coordinate with logistics partners for outbound shipments and deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
∎ Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report issues to account for reimbursements and maintain detailed records.
