∎ Formal training in hospitality or related field
∎ Experience with point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet customers and escort them to their tables
∎ Provide menus and make recommendations based on customers' preferences
∎ Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
∎ Communicate orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
∎ Ensure that customers have everything they need throughout their meal, such as utensils,condiments, and refills.
∎ Handle payment transactions and provide accurate change to customers
∎ Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area
∎ Adhere to health and safety regulations
∎ Upsell menu items and promotions to customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
∎ Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
∎ Basic math skills for handling payment transactions
∎ Knowledge of food and beverage menus and promotions
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
∎ High school diploma or equivalent
∎ Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
∎ Ability to speak multiple languages
∎ Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
∎ Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
