Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record and maintain financial transactions, such as sales, expenses, and payments
∎ Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
∎ Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
∎ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
∎ Handle payment transactions and ensure accuracy of amounts and change provided
∎ Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure accurate accounting and reporting
∎ Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of supplies and equipment
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
∎ Participate in budget planning and forecasting
∎ Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
∎ Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods
∎ Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, concerns, and complaints
∎ Maintain accurate cash register balances and prepare daily cash reports
∎ Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
∎ Adhere to health and safety regulations
∎ Upsell menu items and promotions to customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as an accounts staff or in a similar role
∎ Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
∎ Experience with accounting software and tools
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
∎ Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
∎ High school diploma or equivalent
∎ Basic math skills for handling payment transactions
∎ Knowledge of cash handling procedures and payment processing systems
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
∎ Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
∎ Experience with restaurant cash handling and payment processing
∎ Experience with point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions
∎ Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
∎ Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
