∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visiting branches to coach and set up in-store visual merchandising.
∎ Executing Visual Merchandising related programs at local/ regional level.
∎ Coordinate with Corporate for relevant merchandising needs.
∎ Liaising with creative team to create and design themes and plans.
∎ Communicate to Area Managers and Store Managers on seasonal overviews and highlights of each new collection.
∎ Training the Store Managers in the areas of VM by conducting workshops to develop skill level.
∎ Accurately implement all company Visual Merchandising policies.
∎ Implement easy to shop store grids.
∎ Implement well-styled mannequins in line with the styling policy.
∎ Use appropriate styling techniques & the correct visual elements in relevant areas to aid customer segmentation.
∎ Implement window display guidelines on time & on brand.
∎ Have a good understanding of the brand customer profile and how it may differ slightly between stores.
∎ Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of equipment and ensure its correct usage.
∎ Ensure decor is procured when appropriate and implement in line with decor policy and guidelines.
∎ Implement seasonal launches and events on time and on brand.
∎ Have an awareness of competitor activity and trends within Visual Merchandising.
∎ Be prepared to work both on your own and as part of a team.
∎ Ensure corporate initiatives are implemented effectively.
∎ VM Checklist to be maintained and adhered.
∎ Execution of marketing initiatives in the stores.
∎ Liaise with the Store Managers every day for updates on VM processes/requirements/ people.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 years Experience in Retail
∎ Experienced from different well-known retail shop with proper proof will be given preference.
