Responsibilities & Context:
Handle full visa processing for:
First World Countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Germany etc.)
Europe/Schengen Zone
Job Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa requirements, embassy rules, and document preparation.
Assist with Air Ticket booking for visa clients and tour customers.
Handle Hotel Booking for international and domestic travelers.
Coordinate end-to-end tour arrangements (transport, accommodation, itinerary, etc.)
Manage domestic & international tour package bookings.
Maintain visa and travel-related databases for tracking and reporting.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies and embassy updates.
Collect, verify, and prepare necessary documents for visa submission.
Coordinate with embassies, VFS canters, agents, and clients to ensure smooth file processing.
Monitor visa application progress and update clients regularly.
