• Age 22 to 35 years

• Visa processing experience will be preferred

• Excellent knowledge of the Embassy.

• Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.

• Proficiency in English is must.

• Should be presentable and well mannered.

• Visit Visa File Submission & Application Process for UK, USA, Canada, Australia & Schengen.

• Ensuring all necessary documentation of Visit Visa is in order, and submitting completed applications to embassies or consulates.

• Regular follow-ups with potential clients/guardians responding to their queries.

• Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.

• You will be expected to provide updates on visa requirements and regulations in various countries.

• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process.

• Must have Professional Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
