We specialize in organizing and leading tours to various destinations across Bangladesh and beyond, including historical landmarks, natural wonders, cultural festivals, and adventure activities. As a Visa Processing Officer, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of visa processing for our clients.
∎ Your main responsibility will be to provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa regulations, requirements, and procedures for various countries to clients, and to handle all visa applications and follow-ups in compliance with embassy regulations. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients and embassies via phone, email, and in-person, and for managing visa rejections, appeals, and alternative options for clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with relevant authorities, such as manpower agencies, to obtain necessary documents and information for visa processing.
∎ To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills with English fluency, be familiar with visa processing procedures for various countries, and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A higher education degree is preferred, and previous experience in visa processing is a plus. You should also have a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all types of visa processing for clients, including documentation, application, and follow-up
∎ Keep up-to-date with visa regulations and requirements for different countries
∎ Communicate with clients and embassies via phone, email, and in-person
∎ Ensure that all visa applications are submitted accurately and in compliance with embassy regulations
∎ Manage visa rejections and appeals, and provide alternative options to clients
∎ Liaise with relevant authorities, such as manpower agencies, to obtain necessary documents and information for visa processing
∎ Prepare and send invoices and receipts to clients
∎ Keep accurate and detailed records of all transactions
∎ Perform administrative tasks related to visa processing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Strong communication skills with English fluency
∎ Familiarity with visa processing procedures for various countries
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Higher education degree preferred
∎ Previous experience in visa processing is a plus
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
