Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the tourist visa application process for various destinations including USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Thailand, UAE etc.
∎ Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for different countries.
∎ Ensure all application forms are correctly filled out and fees are paid as required.
∎ Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to expedite visa approvals and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
∎ Conduct thorough review and verification of visa applications and supporting documents to minimize errors and maximize approval rates.
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of visa applications, approvals, denials, and related correspondence for documentation and reporting purposes.
∎ Handle escalated cases or complex visa applications, employing problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes.
∎ In addition to this, priority will be given to candidates who know student visa processing.
