Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Airline Ticket Reservation, Visa Processing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documentation and submit all visa application for high officials.
∎ Ensure valid travel documents, work permit, visa on arrival, security clearance for the expatriate employees/guests and high officials of the group.
∎ Drafting authorization letters, Invitation letters and prepare application to BIDA.
∎ Maintain Proper Documentation and Communication with offices.
∎ VISA issues, Air Ticket booking, Hotel Reservations related activities of high official as and when necessary.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, travel agents, passport offices, security clearance authorities, customs, immigration authority.
∎ Supporting office administration.
∎ Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the group employee.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
