• Counseling clients regarding all types of tourist & business visa.

• Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.

• Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visas. Handle clients for their visa processing.

• Prepare and process their application Deliver and consult with clients about their visa files.

• Consult over the phone and face to face with clients Briefly discuss with the clients about visa criteria and possibilities.

• Must be experienced in Visa Processing, Consultant, worldwide Immigration, Visit & migration visa process

• Must have experience of talking with customers about visa-related issues

• Receive and reply to emails, carry out marketing and promotions via newspaper or social media advertisements then sales, Accurate counseling directly & over the phone

• Keep the company and customers up to date with any visa-related updates

• Provide honest and authentic services to the customers & do the marketing, Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate`s profile. Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.

• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

• Meet the sales assigned targets Must be knowledgeable in all county visa processing & counseling.
