Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal with Visa related inquiries from clients
∎ Process first-world country visas like US / UK / Schengen / Canada / Australia etc
∎ Communicate with clients to provide visa counseling
∎ Ticket booking / GDS skill will be special advantage
∎ Respond to client queries via online & offline channels
∎ Create travel itinerary with flights, hotels & other travel services
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information monthly
∎ Manage all online & offline channels of communication related to sales
∎ Keep up to date with visa rules of different countries
∎ Extra plus point for applicants with tour package / air ticket booking experience
∎ Other related tasks assigned by admin
