We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our dynamic immigration consultancy team. This role requires a thorough understanding of visa application procedures, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide professional guidance to clients throughout their immigration journey. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. As a Visa Consultant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking various types of visas—whether for study, work, business, tourism, or permanent migration. You will be responsible for assessing eligibility, preparing documentation, managing submissions, and ensuring an efficient and transparent application process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their needs, goals, and visa eligibility.

• Provide accurate information regarding visa types, requirements, documentation, and timelines.

• Maintain strong client communication throughout the visa process to ensure satisfaction and trust.

• Conduct detailed consultations to evaluate clients’ eligibility for Australian visa categories (Skilled Migration, Student, Visitor, Partner, etc.).

• Explain visa options, points test requirements, documentation needs, and migration procedures in a clear and professional manner.

• Guide clients in selecting the most suitable visa pathway based on their profile and goals.

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with individuals and families interested in applying for visitor visas (Australia, Canada, UK, USA, Schengen, etc.).
