Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements and all Embassy Formalities.
∎ Provide advice to clients on different visa options available based on their situation, including eligibility criteria, processing times, and potential outcomes.
∎ Assist clients with visa applications, including preparing and submitting the required documentation and forms.
∎ May communicate with relevant government authorities on behalf of their clients, such as the Department of Home Affairs, to obtain information or follow up on visa applications.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, travel agents, passport offices, customs, and immigration authority.
∎ Receiving and answering short mail and calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ Must manage client expectations, providing honest and transparent advice on the likelihood of a visa application's success and potential delays in processing times.
∎ Must maintain accurate records of all client interactions, visa applications, and related documents.
∎ Stay current with Australian immigration laws and regulations to ensure that they provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill (Bangla & English).
∎ Ability to work with under pressure
∎ Should have a good experience about visa processing system.
∎ Experience in the immigration industry or a related field.
∎ Smart, well dressed, organized, presentable and well mannered.
∎ Should know computer basic knowledge (MS Word-Excel typing, emailing, Internet, graphic design etc)
∎ Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.
∎ Preparing and checking all legal documents related to VISA processing and visits abroad.
∎ Good understanding of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
∎ Research on the latest updates of VISAs of different countries.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Applicants with English medium background/ good IELTS score will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
