∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Data Entry, Accounts, Computer Operating
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the whole accounting system well as with accounting software.
∎ Maintain petty cash and day to day transactions.
∎ Manage total accounting Systems of the company including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Petty Cash, Payroll, ordering procedures etc.
∎ Comply with all corporate accounting procedures.
∎ Create management tools that effectively monitor accounting processes.
∎ Generate various analyses and financial reports for the management within the stipulated time.
∎ Monitor month-end reports, schedules, payments and receipts.
∎ Ensure compliance with VAT, Taxation and other Government legislation, tax audits, tax returns & annual budget.
∎ Handle Taxes, licenses, renewals and other statutory requirements
∎ Work as per annual budget and capital expenditure plans.
∎ Check debtor and creditor list and maintain party ledger.
∎ Update monthly Bank & Customer Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Coordinate and meet the audit requirements from both external & internal.
∎ Prepare Financial Reports as required and submit to the Executive Council within stipulated time.
∎ Preparation of budgets, cash flow and management reports
∎ Implementing proper Internal Financial Control Systems
∎ Others, as per management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
∎ Knowledge of any other Accounting Software
∎ Strong Communication Skills
∎ Ability to multi-task and use initiative
∎ Ability to priorities and work under pressure
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Be a team player and able to interact with staff at all

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
