Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ASL BPO is an outsourcing firm that provides back-office support to foreign clients in the USA, Europe, and Australia.
∎ One of ASL BPO's potential clients, a USA-based law firm is looking for a virtual legal officer (Paralegal assistant) to assist the client in reviewing corporate contracts.
∎ The person must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English Working Time will be on Night Shift This will be an excellent opportunity for the candidate to work with our client, a US-based law firm, and gain experience and knowledge in US law.
∎ Working Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM (Night Shift) - Five Days a Week
∎ We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Contract Specialist, Contract Manager, or Commercial Contract Reviewer to join our team.
∎ You will be reviewing and redlining commercial contracts for a software company and our clients.
∎ This role requires previous work as an attorney, paralegal or experienced (2+ years) of contract review. You will operate under very tight deadlines and expected to available and responsive all day to review contracts the moment they are sent to you.
∎ Manage the lifecycle of contracts from initiation to execution including reviewing, and negotiating terms according to a playbook
∎ Conduct thorough document management practices to maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation.
∎ Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company playbooks
∎ Be responsive and available for your entire shift. You will need to review contracts immediately, with extremely high accuracy, the moment you receive them.
∎ Assist in the development of training materials related to contract management processes.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 20K based Salary plus 2.5K night allowance = Total 22.5 Salary. Salary is NON-Negotiable. As this is an entry-level job Please do not apply if you are looking for Mid or higher-level job with a much higher salary
