• Working considering USA time that would be nightshift here in Bangladesh.

• Job Location: Rangpur but Night shift.

1.0 Background

DoPeace.org is a donor agency providing financial support to NGOs and implementing slum based education program. We need a computer engineer require a mix of technical and soft skills. Key technical skills include programming, database management, cloud computing, and cyber security. Strong soft skills like problem-solving, communication, and teamwork are also crucial for success. The Candidate has to lead and manage our technology initiatives, oversee remote networking, and enhance our online education platforms, digital marketing and support initiative

We need to software skilled person to lead and manage our technology initiatives, support software and application development, and enhance our online education platforms. The ideal candidate will also manage CRM applications and website design, SEO, ensuring seamless digital experiences for our organization and clients.

2.0 Project Objectives

• To hire an individual competent in both IT and software skills and candidate have to work in nightshift (Have to work considering USA office time)

• To hire a high potential candidate on software skill skills like web design, digital marketing, SEO, software based data management.

• To hire an engineer competent on IT support, Networking, Cloud computing

The employee will initially be hired for a one-year term and it may extend for further period even for uncertain period.

5.0 Duties and Responsibilities

• The ‘Virtual Computer Engineer’s essential duties and responsibilities but not limited to:

• The candidate will deal with both IT, networking, support system as well as software and willing to work in nightshift following the USA Office .

• We are seeking a skilled computer Expert to lead and manage our technology and IT related initiatives including support software, networking and application development and oversee remote networking, cloud computing and enhance our education platforms.

• The ideal candidate will also manage CRM applications and website design, ensuring seamless digital experiences for our organization and clients.

• We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to lead and manage our technology initiatives, support software, web based data management and application development

• Ability to web design, web based data management, application development, CRM application and all other software issues.

• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

• Manage source code using Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests and Deploy applications to AWS, utilizing cloud-based technologies such as EC2, S3, and Lambda.

• In fact, we need a individual competent on a mix of technical and soft skill. Combination of IT expertise as well as software expert. IT engineer but have software skill and software engineer but has IT skills.

• Further, the employee needs to have fluency in spoken and written English.

• Monthly consolidated salary is BDT 40,000-50000 (Consolidated) but we may offer higher salary in case of highly potential candidate.
