Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Support the implementation and monitoring of the Cambridge Early Years Framework.
∎ • Ensure developmentally appropriate teaching practices and a child-centered approach.
∎ • Monitor curriculum delivery and provide regular feedback to educators.
∎ • Facilitate teacher training, workshops, and performance appraisals.
∎ • Support integration of play-based learning with Cambridge learning outcomes.
∎ • Manage daily school operations, including attendance, staff scheduling, and classroom logistics.
∎ • Coordinate with administrative and support teams to maintain smooth workflows.
∎ • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
∎ • Monitor student progress and ensure individual learning needs are met.
∎ • Address behavioral issues with appropriate strategies in coordination with staff and parents.
∎ • Promote inclusive practices and emotional well-being.4. Parent & Community Engagement.
∎ • Act as a key point of contact for parent communication and concerns.
∎ • Support parent orientations, workshops, and engagement events.
∎ • Maintain transparent and timely communication with stakeholders.
∎ • Assist the school management with curriculum planning, resource allocation, and school improvement initiatives.
∎ • Contribute to annual planning, school evaluation, and compliance with Cambridge and local regulations.
