Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Academic Leadership: Oversee academic programs, monitor teaching quality, plan extracurricular activities, manage timetables, and mentor staff.
∎ Administration: Support daily operations, enforce policies, manage staff/student attendance, and foster collaboration.
∎ Discipline: Ensure a respectful, disciplined environment; address grievances and manage student behavior.
∎ Parent Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents; organize parent-teacher meetings.
∎ Branding & Admission: Promote college reputation, boost enrollment, and represent the institution in events.
∎ Leadership: Take responsibility, motivate staff, and build external relations with boards and ministries.
