∎ Discipline: Ensure a respectful, disciplined environment; address grievances and manage student behavior.
∎ Parent Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents; organize parent-teacher meetings.
∎ Branding & Admission: Promote college reputation, boost enrollment, and represent the institution in events.
∎ Leadership: Take responsibility, motivate staff, and build external relations with boards and ministries.
∎ Daffodil International College, a renowned educational institution in Dhaka, is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join as the Vice Principal. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, administrative expertise, and a commitment to fostering academic excellence.
∎ Location: Daffodil International College, Lalmatia, Dhaka
∎ Working Days: 6 days per week.
∎ Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
