∎ Extensive experience in software product operations with live service platforms within the fintech industry, with a strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
∎ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
∎ Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing, including the preparation of documentation.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in software operations processes and practices.
∎ Should be able to understand the data domain of the products and plan/provide reports for business intelligence, investors, partners, banks, etc.
∎ Experience in cloud infrastructures as well as on-premise operations of large software platforms.
∎ Extensive experience in software product operations with live service platforms within the fintech industry, with a strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive engineering operations across multiple teams and phases, ensuring high-quality of operations in data engineering, systems infrastructure, service availability, and security.
∎ Recruit, mentor, and lead data science, data engineering, systems engineering, and security operations members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
∎ Develop robust systems, networks, and data architectures based on industry best practices, minimizing technical and operational risks while maintaining industry-standard security compliances.
∎ Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including the software development team, business analysts, and third-party partners, to ensure smooth technology infrastructure operations and prepare solutions to provide business intelligence from data to serve business objectives.
∎ Participate in strategic planning for the smooth operations of technology products, and intellectual properties, leveraging deep domain expertise in the financial services industry.
∎ Provide technical leadership and guidance in task estimation, resource allocation, and risk management, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our products and processes.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders and provide required technical support to improve the operational efficiency of the organization.
∎ Communicate with external organizations for technical integration, expansion, and planning of services provided by TallyKhata, TallyPay or any other product(s) of the organization.
