Educational Requirements:
∎ PhD in Medicine Theriogenology Dairy Science Microbiology
∎ Prefer Master of Science ( Medicine/ Nutrition / Theriogenology/Dairy Science/ Surgery/ Project Management etc) from a reputed Agricultural University
∎ Candidates should have a DVM degree from any reputed university in Bangladesh or overseas.
∎ Prior experience in project management in the livelihoods development approach (program development, stakeholder mobilization and coordination, local service provider development, etc.) dealing with livestock and/or poultry
∎ Skills in common Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

∎ The adorsho praniSheba is a leading FinTech, InsurTech and VetTech platform in Bangladesh, committed to sustainable development by integrating fourth industrial revolution technologies in the livestock sector. The company provides credit, insurance, online veterinary treatment and consultation and forward market linkage services to farmers on easy terms through 4IR technology based solutions in the country`s livestock sector. In addition, the institution is executing several research projects on precision farming, climate change capacity development and mitigation, particularly the reduction of livestock methane emissions.
∎ Among the platforms, praniSheba Vet (pS Vet) is the one & only govt approved telemedicine / virtual hospital for the livestock sectors (cattle, buffalo, sheep, goat, horse, poultry and pet, etc) in Bangladesh. It provides quality and specialty animal health care consultation services by experienced and expert veterinarians based on information technology enabled services through Email, SMS etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, designing and implementation of improvements on existing praniSheba platform and associated products and services.
∎ Provide the online veterinary services (Treatment & Consultancy) for the customers
∎ Provide and support services for the Joutho Khamar project
∎ Planning, designing and implementing different project
∎ Offering need based physical treatment & consultancy support and follow-up.
∎ Playing an active role in facilitation and implementation of capacity building training, seminars and workshops for LSPs or agents and lead farmers on praniSheba and its benefits.
∎ Maintaining liaison with the Government, Regulators, NGOs and other stakeholders.
∎ Identifying potential service providers from the livestock eco-system, input/output market actors, and developing strategies for analyzing and addressing their constraints from praniSheba perspective.
∎ Acquiring a superb knowledge-base about praniSheba android app and admin panel.
∎ Remote monitoring of and advice on cattle covered under praniSheba through mobile and web tools.
∎ Providing improvement ideas and support based on domain knowledge for praniSheba development with the software development team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years

∎ Works as a Veterinary Doctor / Livestock Officer/ Project Manager / Project Officer etc
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 75000 (Monthly)
