Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Medicine Nutrition Theriogenology, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
∎ Prior experience or training in livelihood development approach (program development, stakeholder mobilization, and coordination, local service provider development, etc.) dealing with livestock and /or Poultry.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Registered Veterinarian
∎ Skills Required: Excel, Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint), Veterinarian

Job Context:
∎ The Adorsho Pranisheba Limited(praniSheba) is the First and the Only Govt approved online specialized Veterinary Hospital, IoT-Based Cattle Wellbeing Monitoring, Insurance, and Livestock e-Commerce platform in Bangladesh
∎ Among the platform, praniSheba Vet (pS Vet) is the online Virtual Hospital for the livestock sectors (cattle, buffalo, sheep, goat, horse, poultry and pet, etc ) animal health services in Bangladesh;
∎ pS Vet provides quality and specialty online prescription & consultation services by experienced and expert veterinarians.
∎ pS Vet provides prescription or consultancy support based on information technology-enabled services through Email, SMS, etc
∎ praniSheba IoT is providing extremely useful messages like early warnings of illness on one hand and financial compensation by means of payouts to insurance claims through its insurance partners in times of cattle death or theft, on the other hand, It also comes with a mobile app that allows farmers to maintain a vaccination calendar, record artificial insemination information, log income-expense of the farm through a built-in mini ERP.
∎ praniSheba Shop is the first e-commerce platform for the livestock sector of Bangladesh.
∎ What we are looking for:
∎ The successful candidate will be an experienced team player with demonstrated flairs for leadership. They will have project management skills with demonstrated experience within the logistics, product sourcing, business development, marketing, sales generation, and/or operations space. With a passion for telemedicine services, you will be highly efficient in managing stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and ensuring project outcomes are achieved.
∎ This role reports to the Line Manager, Operation Head, MD & CEO.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, designing, and implement improvements on the existing praniSheba platform and associated products and services.
∎ Playing an active role in the facilitation and implementation of capacity building, training, seminars, and workshops for LSPs and lead farmers on praniSheba and its benefits.
∎ Bolusing of cattle.
∎ Maintaining liaison with the Government, Regulators, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
∎ Ensuring timely and sufficient data entry to the praniSheba app by farmers, field workers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Offering treatment, & consultancy support and follow-up.
∎ Identifying and analyzing potential opportunities to improve participants/farmers' overall cognizance - especially business intelligence - about their own farms and to improve the efficiency of farming actors.
∎ Identifying potential service providers from the livestock eco-system, input/output market actors, and developing strategies for analyzing and addressing their constraints from the praniSheba perspective.
∎ Acquiring a superb knowledge-base about praniSheba Mobile app and admin panel.
∎ Remote monitoring of and advice on cattle covered under praniSheba through mobile and web tools.
∎ Providing improvement ideas and support based on domain knowledge for praniSheba app development with the software development team.
∎ Breed identification and digital registry of cattle with an eye for e-Commerce marketing in view of praniSheba.
∎ Together with other staff at praniSheba, develop new and practical interventions for the facilitation of capacity building of market actors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have enough knowledge in Digital Marketing for Telemedicine / Virtual hospital platform
∎ Must have experience in VET Medicine and relevant industry
∎ Must have a passion for life-long learning
∎ High integrity and professionalism
∎ Must have the excellent analytical ability
∎ Must have good digital skills
∎ High level of professionalism and dedication
∎ Strong communication skills; both verbal and written; both in Bangla and English
∎ Must have multitasking skills
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
