- Must be Fluent in English.

- Minimum of 6 Months to 1 Year of Property Preservation/ maintenance work Experience needed.
Responsibilities & Context:
- The primary job responsibility will be to deliver an error-free product aligned with the process.
- Providing quality and smooth output within the deadline coordinating with the client to identify project scope, budget, and timeline, and successful implementation of project and operational requirements.
- Determine accountability for specific implementation, and work with the Production Lead to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to meet the deadlines.
- Provide management and stakeholders regular updates on processing status, issues, and deliverable dates.
- Perform any other operational task assigned by the supervisor/higher authority.
