Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vendor & Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in property preservation/maintenance, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage operations effectively during night shifts.Key Responsibilities: * Please do not apply if you cannot work at the night shift and on holidays. *Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.*Collaborate with clients to define project scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring the successful execution of property preservation and maintenance tasks. *Deliver error-free outputs in line with established processes and project guidelines.*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of assignments. *Work with the Production Lead to allocate appropriate resources and ensure deadlines are met. *Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders regarding task progress, issues, and delivery timelines. Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or senior management.Requirements:Experience: A Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of property preservation or maintenance work experience is required.*Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts and on holidays.*Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. *Job Details: Work Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)*Salary Range: BDT 30,000 – 40,000 (Based on experience)*Holidays: Two weekly holidays. *Benefits: Performance-based bonusesStructured annual increments based on KPI evaluations
