Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a team of UX/UI designers and developers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure a cohesive user experience
∎ Develop and implement design processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products and services
∎ Conduct user research, usability testing, and other methods to gather feedback and insights to improve the user experience
∎ Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our products and services remain competitive
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work based on project requirements and timelines
∎ Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop their skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of delivering successful products and services
∎ Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of designers and developers
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other similar tools
∎ Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies
∎ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
∎ Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills, process, and problem-solving abilities
Salary: Tk. 180000 - 250000 (Monthly)
