  • English-medium background is mandatory

  • Candidates must be able to communicate effortlessly with U.S. clients

  • Fluency, pronunciation, and accent will be tested in the first screening

  • MUST be fluent in English (spoken & written) at a near-native level

  • English-medium schooling background is required

  • American or British accent preferred

  • IELTS 8.0+ (or equivalent fluency) is a strong advantage

  • Ability to work rotational day and night shifts

  • Strong communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills

  • Customer support / BPO experience is an added advantage

  • Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable in a 24/7 operations environment

Location: Gulshan 1, Dhaka (On-Site Only)

Shift: 8-hour rotational shifts (Day & Night)

Salary: 30000-35000 Taka/month

About the Role

We are building a 24/7, high-performance customer support and operations team in Dhaka. This is a strictly on-site role and requires exceptional communication skills.

  • Female candidates are preferred for day shifts
  • Male candidates are preferred for both day & night shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
  • Communicate with U.S. clients in clear, fluent, accent-neutral English
  • Manage operational tasks and ensure smooth 24/7 support
  • Maintain accurate communication logs
  • Escalate issues to the management team when required
  • Follow SOPs for intake, orders, tracking, and customer assistance
  • Ensure proper shift handovers to maintain continuity
