Technical Skills Required

• Expert in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, PostCSS

• Deep knowledge of:

  • CSS Variables

  • SCSS variables, mixins, functions, nesting

  • Design tokens and modular CSS systems

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript & TypeScript

• Hands-on expertise with:

  • React, Angular, or Vue.js

  • Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap 3–5

• Strong experience integrating REST & GraphQL APIs

• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and frontend deployment workflows

• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and web accessibility

Experience Required

• 8–10 years of professional frontend development experience

• 3+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role

• Experience managing multiple projects and development teams

• Proven track record of building large-scale, production-grade web applications

Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly experienced Front-End Development Manager to lead, architect, and scale our front-end engineering team. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence, UI consistency, performance optimization, and delivery quality across multiple products and high-profile client projects.

• You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, ensuring that all front-end development meets modern standards of performance, scalability, accessibility, and design fidelity.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Own the front-end architecture across all products and client projects.

• Translate UI/UX designs into scalable, pixel-perfect component libraries.

• Define and enforce coding standards, CSS architecture, and component guidelines.

• Lead development using React, Angular, or Vue based applications.

• Ensure high-performance, responsive, and cross-browser compatible front-end systems.

• Drive best practices in CSS, SCSS, PostCSS, Tailwind, and Bootstrap frameworks.

• Architect and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of front-end engineers.

• Conduct code reviews, performance evaluations, and technical coaching.

• Set sprint goals, technical roadmaps, and delivery milestones.

• Coordinate closely with UI/UX designers, backend teams, and product managers.

• Ensure project timelines, quality benchmarks, and scalability standards are met.

Quality, Performance & Security

• Enforce performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.

• Oversee API integrations (REST & GraphQL) and ensure smooth frontend-backend communication.

• Monitor and improve page load times, bundle sizes, and rendering performance.

• Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment.
