Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ US Embassy visa processing experience is a plus.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have a good knowledge about All immigrant visa (IV) processing including immediate relative, family preference, special immigrant visa, self-petitions, political asylum, adoption and employment based immigrant visa categories.
∎ Processing / Immigrant : non-immigrant Visa / Visit Visa / Work Permit Visa / Family Migration Visa. Also For foreign school and university admission services
∎ Prepares and file petitions and applications, for immigrant and non-immigrant visas (IV) with supporting documentation to include Forms: I-130 I-140, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-90, N-400, and N-565 petitions ETC.
∎ Have a knowledge with ceac system (Consular Electronic Application Center)
∎ Knowledge of US Visa processing and Visa consultancy is a plus.
∎ Keep a tickler system for crucial deadlines
∎ Watch to ensure that minor clients are not aging out
∎ When necessary, clients must be reached out by phone or email for ore information
∎ Have good knowledge of Google drive, cloud base storage
∎ Have Professional email and phone etiquette
∎ Answers calls from US Based clients (English and Bengali)
∎ Must have clear communication with DC office all the time.
∎ Must work US office hours. 8-10 hours a day Monday to Friday US Eastern Time (ET). (Washington DC)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a Home Office setup; privet quiet lock room with desk and a chair.
∎ Must have High Speed Internet, Computers or/and Laptops, Video Conferencing Camera and a Smart phone. (we will provide a smart phone with a US phone number)
∎ Must Have Bangladesh NID, Birth certificate and Passport (we will pay for the passport if you don't have one)
∎ Must Have Bangladesh Police Clearance Certificate Once Hired.
∎ Must Have two professional reference.
∎ Must sign NID (Non Disclosure Agreement)
∎ Willing to shift to Dhaka once we have the office ready.
∎ Willing to take the initiative to be leader of a great team.

Salary: Negotiable
