Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters in any social science discipline having good knowledge on health system strengthening and /or Diploma in Medical Faculty from reputed institutions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement MaMoni MNCSP project community activities at all unions of assigned Upazila
∎ Responsible for mobilizing the community in order to health seeking behavior.
∎ Assist organizing the CG/CSG meetings and union follow-up meeting to increase early PW identification and collection of vital information of birth maternal and neonatal death.
∎ Assist in organizing the Union education, Health and Family Planning standing committee meeting to keep involvement of LGI with the PCM.
∎ .Facilitate to increase early PW identification and collection of vital information of births and maternal & neonatal deaths through CSG, CC based CG and Union follow-up meetings.
∎ Assist in preparing the BCC materials and it's proper dissemination.
∎ Perform appropriate coordination and cooperation, advocacy with the HSP at union level.
∎ Provide appropriate MIS data and others project reports to District Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on health system especially primary health care system in Bangladesh.
∎ Able to understand the health context and provide suggestion for improvement.
∎ Able to make efficient plan and work accordingly.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle and frequent field visit.
∎ Able to facilitate training at Upazila/union level.
∎ Skill in mobilizing community people.
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point will added advantage.
∎ Having good communication skill.
∎ At least 3 years experience in implementing health related project especially on community mobilization working with any national or international organizations.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ 2.25 festival bonus, PF, Gratuity, Health insurance and Leave benefit will be applicable as per organizational policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
