Experience:
Bachelor`s degree in any relevant discipline, but social science will be preference.
Age: Maximum 45 years (Flexible for experienced candidates).
Candidates should have minimum 10 to 12 years’ experience community including at least 5 years’ experience in managing projects related to maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH), family planning, or health systems strengthening. Experience in project management, leadership development, financial management, and monitoring & supervision and should have strong strategic planning and adaptive management skills, with the ability to diagnose and integrate development components into project design.
A valid motorcycle driving license is required.
Applicants should have good computer knowledge, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential, as well as the ability to produce quality reports.

There are vacancies for the following contractual positions at the LAMB under Community Health and Development Program (CHDP), based in Nilphamari District.
Job Summary:
Responsible for improving MNCH-N outcomes by strengthening the existing Health System.
The Upazila Coordinator will work closely with the Upazila level and union level managers/ providers of MOH&FW to strengthen the health service delivery, service utilization, service continuity during outbreaks and emergencies, community referral, and data-driven decision making for that Upazila.
The Upazila Coordinator will ensure the timely implementation of the approved work plan, ensure quality of services, and monitor progress by supporting the MOH&FW health workers and managers.
S/he will also document program lessons and prepare program progress reports as per the monitoring and reporting plan laid out for the project.
The position will be based in a targeted Upazila. S/He will spend at least 80% of time supporting field implementation at Upazila and Union level.
The Upazila Coordinator will also mobilize support to the formal and informal private sector and non-governmental organizations to support integrated MNCH-N services.
Salary: Salary will be negotiable.
