Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Social Science or any other relevant discipline or Bachelor of Social Science or any other relevant discipline (In case of Bachelor degree 10 years working experience must).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8-10 years working experience in development sector including 5 years' experience in project implementation, monitoring and field staff supervision
∎ Clear understanding on livelihood/food security project implementation strategy and concept
∎ Strong coordination and networking skill with Upazila level GO, NGO officials, UP and private sector actors
∎ Strong facilitation skills, good knowledge of good governance, gender equity and dimensional interventions
∎ Experience on participatory process, community mobilization, and problem solving and community empowerment process
∎ Reporting skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Computer skills on MS Word, excel, power point and others
∎ Willing to drive motor cycle and should have valid driving license
∎ Upazila Coordinator should be given preference for recruitment from respective district or minimum from respective division

Salary: Tk. 37950 (Monthly)
