It`s a well-established and first growing company, working with more than 25 buyers, 50 factories & 170 employees in BD. Fashion Tex has strong footsteps & office in German, France, Denmark, Spain, Poland, UK & Hongkong.
∎ Local & foreigner candidates are welcome (Philippine, Srilankan, Turkiye, India & Chinese preferable)

∎ Area of experience:
∎ Supervision of sourcing, merchandising, planning, quality, and logistics teams
∎ Managing at least 10 buyers
∎ Handling a $40 million annual business
∎ Strong sourcing with suppliers, factories, and buyers
∎ Excellent marketing and communication skills in English
∎ Proven leadership experience in managing and developing teams
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
∎ Knowledge of international textile industry trends and regulations
∎ Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
∎ Demonstrated ability to set and achieve strategic goals and targets
∎ Experience in cost management and budgeting
∎ Familiarity with textile manufacturing processes and quality control
∎ Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skill
∎ Willingness to travel as required for business purposes
∎ Proficiency in English
