Skills Required: Excellent communication skill,Good Computer Skills,Honesty and Sincerity,Proactive and Positive attitude,Sound knowledge of Denim Wash,Teamwork,Textile Denim and Washing Industries
Additional Requirements:
- Age 30 to 40 years
Clear knowledge on Wet process (Denim & Dyeing), Dry Processes, Production Plan & Layout, Target and Efficiency.
Capability to handle total production process and driven the entire production target Vs. achievement without negotiating the washing quality.
Leadership attitude and capability to manage a TEAM, report to the Laundry Unit Head in case of any washing challenges or difficulties.
Can adopt the technique to increase productivity without negotiating the quality.
Soft knowledge on computer and mail communication (MS Excel, MS Word, E-mail).
Capable to work independently and proactively.
Capable to work under pressure.
At least 5 years in the same position.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Making production (washing) recipes in accordance to fabric and technical requirements.
Manage the production schedules and work distribution, to ensure maximum efficiency. Taking the responsibility of production and setting production targets.
Optimization of productivity.
Making daily production and delivery reports and KPIs as per management requirements.
Utilization of resources/ machinery at optimum level.
Ensuring quality from the beginning and reducing re-work and rejection.
Correspondence ability with buyers for any Wash, Technical, Risk assessment related issues.
Inventory management of chemicals and chemicals safety.
Look after scheduled maintenance.
Monitor and guide team members to achieve targets and make KPls.
Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace.
Perform any other duties which is assigned by Top Management.
