Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take care of Maintenance & Utility department of an entire Hats and Caps factory.
∎ Independently capable of handling sewing production floor
∎ To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kind of Hats and caps Machinery & supervise schedule maintenance of all sewing machine in the factory,
∎ To control and supervise the maintenance team.
∎ To support production team through proper maintains smooth functioning of equipment.
∎ To advise factory management for the development of maintenance place.
∎ To take overall responsibilities of maintenance.
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ To ensure the smooth function of utility services.
∎ Skill in emergency repairing & maintenance work.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
