Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX, Graphics, or Frontend Design
• Proficiency in Figma is required
• Must have working knowledge of Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Basic video editing skills will be considered a plus

Skills Required

• Ability to design clean, simple, and responsive UI for web and mobile applications
• Ability to create Wireframes, Prototypes, and Mockups using Figma / Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of maintaining design consistency according to brand guidelines

For product design:

• UI screens
• Components
• Update and maintain the Design System

For digital marketing:

• Social media post design
• Photocards, banners, and content visuals
• Promotional graphics design

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to turn ideas into features
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI designs
• Design LMS dashboards (student, teacher, admin)
• Ensure fast, responsive, and cross-browser compatible designs
• Improve UX through user testing and feedback
• Maintain consistent design and branding
• Optimize UX based on analytics
• Follow mobile-first design approach

• Design social media posts, banners, and photocards
• Create campaign-based creatives
• Stay updated with latest design trends

🔹 Required Skills

·         Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping)

·         Solid understanding of UX and usability

·         Experience in web/app UI design

·         Good communication and problem-solving skills

·         Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

·         Must provide portfolio/work samples (Dribbble, Behance, or live project links)

🔹 Bonus Skills

• Experience with design systems
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum
