∎ Ability to communicate concepts in a clear and compelling way to audiences of all levels of understanding and levels of seniority.
∎ Skilled at creating prototyping in Figma whiteboards or similar software.
∎ Proficiency in creating user facing wireframes.
∎ Experience creating and maintaining a pattern library for mobile, tablet and desktop applications.
∎ Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
∎ Experience working in an agile development environment.
∎ Ability to communicate design strategy into executed design.
∎ Expertise creating data-driven customer journeys.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, create visualization concepts, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for each product·
∎ Lead the creation of user flows, annotated wireframes and clickable prototypes which enable developers to build great user experiences.
∎ Develop process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies.
∎ Stays abreast of new user experience trends and incorporates cutting edge technology.
∎ Develop front-end user interfaces for Web-based, SaaS software, or other software products, or digital solutions products, including mobile devices.
∎ Partner with internal teams to develop an easy to use and efficient digital experience.
∎ Assist with new user interface testing and participate in usability reviews.
∎ Translate user needs and business requirements into features and functionality for web / mobile customer experience.
∎ Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
∎ Perform other duties as required.
