Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 1 year

SmartThink is looking for energetic, honest & experienced individuals for above mentioned positions. To ensure smooth day-to-day operations, projects building maintenance, Daily garden maintenance as per routine. Equipment maintenance, proper cleaning, documents maintaining and proper reporting for everything to central office. We are looking for a technician who lives near the project building

Everyday need to check and maintenance the building construction also equipment’s.

Everyday have to solve project cleaning issues, like equipment’s, buildings all over environments.

The various species of trees and grasses planted in the project will need to be irrigated daily.

Garden plants and grass should be tended every day as needed.

Remember that project building, machine, equipment and garden plants maintenance should be completed by Junior Technician on time every day.

If need any kinds of concerned for any issues on project work, must have contact with head office and  get advice then have to do action for solving those issues.

Regularly checking electrical power systems, electrical load calculating and consumption of Project.

Continuous monitoring all electrical panels, DB, SDB, project building water motor, Project Air conditioner, Fan, Light, Switch Boards etc. and if need have to do repair work.

Have to maintain accurate daily logs on project work.

Have to maintain check list on daily, weekly, monthly scheduled works and time to time share with the head office.

Test electrical equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning.

Knowledge of electrical layout / diagram of construction project

Assist mechanical department in case of emergency.

Repair electrical equipment when required.

Knowledge of cable laying works of Sub-station to DB/SDBs is preferred.

Prepare operational reports as per instruction of the seniors.

Perform other duties as per requirements.
