Educational Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Adobe illustrator, Adobe XD, Agile methodology, Communication skill, CSS3, Figma, Sketch
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers.
∎ Visualize the full flow of user experience and define the full flow of a user story with prototypes, screen designs, wireframes, storyboards, etc.
∎ Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and mindmaps for the application.
∎ Work with the frontend developers, providing them with all necessary assets, styling, and sources to build the UI.
∎ Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
∎ Full knowledge on developing responsive UI designs, mobile/tablet UI UX.
∎ Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the application functions and looks like.
∎ Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
∎ Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong English speaking and communication skills
∎ Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer particularly as UX designer.
∎ Strong understanding of user experience, customer/industrial psychology.
∎ Experience using Bootstrap CSS, material designs.
∎ Expert in designing mindmaps and and user experiences.
∎ Portfolio of design projects.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe (XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
∎ Experience of designing mockups and detail oriented prototypes.
∎ Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
∎ Experience in collaborating with the frontend developers to demonstrate the user experience and export the needful assets.
∎ Analytical mind with business acumen.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Preferred Stacks: Adobe XD/ Figma.
∎ InVision/ Adobe Experience Design/ Origami Studio.
∎ Sketch/ Axure/ Webflow/ Miro
∎ Framer/ Atomic/ Principle
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Employment Status: 03 months' Contract (subject to change or extend if the job requires)
∎ Work hour: 6 am to 2 pm (GTM+6).
∎ Week Holidays will be Saturday and Sunday
∎ Remote Working
