Job Context:
∎ We are looking for you to join our team, who will transform the software into handy products for the clients. The major responsibility will be to build graphic designing elements fulfilling the user`s requirements. If you have a portfolio of designing projects pertaining to web/mobile applications, we would like to have a conversation with you. By joining us, you will be developing attractive, user-friendly applications to cater to our clients` needs and support our customer base.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and examine the needs of the user.
∎ Understand project brief and convert that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.
∎ Create overall concepts for the user experience within the software interfaces design, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for end users.
∎ Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management.
∎ Plan and develop new visual user interface designs for computers, smartphones, and digital products.
∎ Illustrate the functions of the solution and develop UI mockups and prototypes.
∎ Present your designs to the team and corresponding stakeholders.
∎ Review and edit the mockups according to the feedback (end users / clients / BA / Management).
∎ Stay updated with information on the latest UI trends and design skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven 3 years of experience as a UX /UI Designer, UI Designer, UX Designer or a similar role.
∎ Proven background of graphic designing projects related to web and mobile applications.
∎ Must be a team player.
∎ Must possess aesthetic sense for UI / UX design.
∎ Must have strong knowledge on different & multiple design tools like: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma etc.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot using HTML5 & CSS3 with web designers and web developers.
∎ Strong understanding of wireframe tools.
∎ Strong communication skills and a team-building spirit.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive designs.
∎ Strong design thinking skills.
∎ Exceptional attention to detail.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Attitude to learn new technologies and go beyond limits.
