Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Posting treasury deal in CBS T-24 to treasury Loan and deposit products that’s dealing from front office (FDR encashment, FDR account open STF, CALL, Refinance).
∎ Ensuring that all external debt loan and interest is properly accounted with confirm to Bank FI’S regular payments and received in cheque and RTGS format.
∎ Maintaining day-to-day smooth treasury operation and ensure successful completion of all transactions. Monitoring daily encashment report, Daily counterparty report and ensuring the CRR, SLR report submission in time to time in the different stakeholders.
∎ Perform EDS Money platform in Bangladesh Bank module in daily basis with the other Bank and FI for treasury daily dealing activities. Prepare month end Bangladesh Bank reconciliation if raise unreconciled issues resolve in immediate basis.
∎ Monitoring daily encashment report, Daily counterparty report and ensuring the CRR, SLR report submission in time to time in the different stakeholders.
∎ Monitor daily treasury blotter also ensure all transaction like fund transfer, interbank transaction etc.
∎ Execute and ensuring all RTGS transaction (Payment, Received) settlement in Bangladesh Bank clearing time.
∎ Calculation of Provision/Accrual for different OD and STD/SND account in every month.
∎ Ensure other Bank treasury (RTGS, CHQ) payment received in time and ensure voucher in CBS.
∎ Adjustment of different year closing charge of different banks, Excise duty, Bank charge, AIT.
∎ Maintaining repayment schedule of (Bangladesh bank refinance, SME foundation finance) in CBS t-24.
∎ Maintaining relationship with other banks and NBFI to perform smooth operation. (Providing greetings such as flower bouquet and card to the new DMD/AMD/MD of other banks and NBFI’s on behalf of our AMD)
