Airline Ticket Reservation, Airlines ticketing, GDS SYSTEM, Holiday Packages, hotel booking, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Operator, Tour Package and Customer Service, Travel Agent, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing, Airline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with clients to provide travel services
∎ Respond to client queries via online & offline channels
∎ Create travel itinerary with flights, hotels & other travel services
∎ Book flights, hotels & tour packages using different online/offline systems
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information monthly
∎ Manage all online & offline channels of communication related to sales
∎ Use GDS for reservations (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus) (optional)
∎ Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries
∎ Keep up to date with tourism destination knowledge
∎ Provide visa consultation support to clients (optional)
∎ Other related tasks
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must know how to use modern online utility tools. MS Word knowledge is not enough. Photoshop, design, advertising, narration etc will be a plus point.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary based on applicant knowledge, experience, skills & attitude
