Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 55 years

• পূর্বে ট্রাভেল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে জব এক্সপিরিয়েন্স না থাকলে দয়া করে অ্যাপ্লাই করবেন না

• ট্রাভেল ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে অভিজ্ঞতা বাধ্যতামূলক

• Must be willing to learn new things

• Must be tech savvy (only MS Office knowledge not enough)

• Must attend office regularly & be punctual  

• Must be willing to stay at least 3 years in a company

Responsibilities & Context:

• Deal with client inquiries regarding Air ticket & other travel services like visa OR tour package ( any 2 service)

• Communicate with clients to provide travel services

• Respond to clients via online & offline channels

• Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services

• Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems

• Keep sales records & report sales information

• Be up to date with airlines rules, offers & promotions

• Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings etc.)

• Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
