Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Air ticket / Visa / Tour Package
∎ Communicate with clients to provide travel services
∎ Respond to clients via online & offline channels
∎ Create & sell travel itineraries with different travel services
∎ Book travel services using offline & online software /channels
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information
∎ Knowledge of Flight booking / hotel booking / visa processing / tour package will be big advantage
∎ Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
