Responsibilities & Context:
Deal with client inquiries regarding Visa, Flights & other travel services
Process tourist visa applications of first world countries
Communicate with clients to provide travel services
Respond to clients via online & offline channels
Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
Keep sales records & report sales information
Be up to date with airlines rules, offers & promotions
Experience with GDS, Flight booking, Tour pacakge will be a major plus point
Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
Job Other Benifits:
