∎ Must be tech savvy (only MS Office knowledge not enough)
∎ Must attend office regularly & be punctual
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights
∎ Communicate with clients to provide travel servicesRespond to clients via online & offline channels
∎ Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
∎ Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
∎ Keep sales records & report sales informationVisa or tour package knowledge will be plus point
∎ Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings, EMD)
∎ Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
∎ Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights
