Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree or above in Law/ Translation, Interdisciplinary abroad study background is preferred.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Certification on Mandarin Chinese

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform English or Bengalese to Chinese for the company (and vice versa) linguistic tasks including translation, proofreading, and quality assurance checks for financial/legal documents.
∎ Work with the finance teams to participate in daily meetings with Bangladesh authorities, banks, and others, translate officers meeting issues with Chinese Manager/Supervisor.
∎ Review or draft contracts and other legal documents, according to the laws of Bangladesh.
∎ Follow-up works assigned by Chinese Manager/Technicians. Feedback and report on time regarding issues which asked by Chinese Manager/Technicians.
∎ Provide verbal & written translation and interpreting support to Chinese management. Travel with Chinese person if necessary. Assist financial and other related works with Chinese Manager/Supervisor or assigned any other works by superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of legal or related work experience, experience in any law chamber is preferred. Enrolled an as Advocate in Bangladesh after passing Bar Exams, having some financial foundation would be better.
∎ Solid English and Bangladesh language skills, good Chinese language skills is a plus.
∎ Good IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and other tools
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills
∎ Must be fluent in Chinese and English Language
