Pleasant personality, smart & convincing skills.
Good command on English & Bangla (Writing & Communicating) & Chinese (Writing on computer& Communicating).
Having sound knowledge in MS office and virtual meeting platforms including Tencent Meeting, Wechat, Zoom, Google Meeting, Microsoft Teams, and Skype etc.
Ability to work independently and under time binding.
Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
Honest, punctual, sincere, smart, and able to work with minimum supervision.
Job Context
We are looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Translator/Interpreter for our reputed Multinational Company.
Job Responsibilities
You should be ready for any work that company assign you as per company policy.
Assist the foreign office staffs in conducting all day-to-day affairs of the office.
Responsible for day-to-day Secretarial Jobs with dignity & maintain proper confidentiality.
Office Management in the office at most times.
Counseling our clients.
Record keeping of Meetings, Received the come in and out files and email of the company.
Keep liaison with investors of the company.
Look after the corporate works , use OA system connected to the Chinese Head office.
Supervise & co-ordinate office works, admin works & related all works.
Conduct all secretarial tasks such as meeting schedule, meeting agenda, minutes preparation, memo writing, minutes of meeting etc.
Write Attend all corporate meetings.
Draft business letters, emails, personal correspondence, and provide other administrative assistance regarding documentation.
Coordinate with the management team & other departments as per requirement.
Receiving & delivering mail, drafting & replying the letter as per requirement,
Keep confidentiality to all the issues.
Perform any other tasks as required by reporting boss .
