Responsibilities & Context:
Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chinese Interpreter to assist our Chinese employees by translating reports from Chinese to English and providing accurate interpretation during communication with the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Key Responsibilities
Translate written reports and documents from Chinese to English accurately and clearly.
Provide verbal interpretation between Chinese employees and English-speaking management (MD & CEO).
Assist in preparing official reports and presentations in English based on Chinese inputs.
Support meetings, discussions, and official communications as required.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all translations and interpretations.
Requirements
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English – both written and spoken.
Strong interpreting and translation skills.
Excellent communication and report-writing ability in English.
Ability to work closely with senior management.
Prior experience as an interpreter/translator will be preferred.
