Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; Bachelor’s in Textile Technology will be highly appreciated
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft, initiate and execute regional strategies for increasing efficiency in production
∎ Strengthening the collaboration and coordination needed across the production
∎ Leads diagnostics study and finding the areas of improvement and present it to the steering group of production
∎ Creating a network across the different brands and assortments to analyze the efficiency and work on them
∎ Highlighting synergies and opportunities required for the organization to achieve efficiency
∎ Ensuring smooth transformation moves to lead organization towards becoming the most impactful ecosystem within the industry
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-7 years in similar field, H&M internal Employees will be preferred
∎ Work experience in European company will be preferred
∎ Experience in efficiently managing production with new strategies
∎ Good leadership skill
∎ Capable of solving problems and generating new ideas
∎ Ability to coordinate among multiple teams
∎ Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English
∎ Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs
Salary: Negotiable
